Patricia Whitehead, MBA CPP

Patricia Whitehead is the Principal and Founder of Essential Business Services LLC. Patricia is motivated by working with clients to minimize taxes at both the state and federal levels. Patricia also has developed expertise in advising start-ups on structuring, budgeting, and implementing and meeting strategic goals. Patricia has consulted with small to large-sized businesses and federal agencies with respect to their financial, management, and business needs for the last 18 years.  She has worked with clients from various industries including manufacturing, professional services, healthcare, real estate, construction, trucking, nonprofit, and entertainment.

Patricia received her B.S. in Accounting and  Master of Business Administration, both earned at the University of Phoenix. She has been successful in the Cooperate Business Sector with her qualifications of Enrolled Agent, Chartered Tax Professional, Certified Payroll Professional, Notary, and QuickBooks Pro Advisor under her belt. Serving as a board member on several councils. Patricia remains an active member of local professional organizations such as the Gwinnett Chambers of Commerce. 

Patricia was raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and currently resides in Snellville, Georgia.  She enjoys listening to music, traveling, and playing golf.
